Lard Rice 豬油拌飯 (zhu-1 you-2 ban-4 fan-4) Only plain white rice is simpler than this pauper's dish.



 

Serves: 1

Ingredients
1 bowl freshly cooked rice
I teaspoon lard
1 teaspoon soy sauce

Method
Take a bowl of rice (must be hot). Add lard and soy sauce. Mix well with chopsticks.
