His food and travel writing has appeared in various
publications. Oxford University Press published a
selection from his story Deliciously
Malodorous in Well Read 3 Student Book: Strategies
and Skills for Reading (2007). Great
Leftovers was excerpted by Rirkrit
Tiravanija for his play performed at London's Serpentine
Gallery in 2005.
Stephen was recently a guest on the
Travel Channel's Bizarre
Foods program. Read his blog
